Es handelt sich um eine physiologische L\u00f6sung mit Natriumchlorid, Dinatriumphosphat, Monokaliumphosphat und etwas Kaliumchlorid. Im Allgemeinen ist die Konzentration dieser Salze die gleiche wie im menschlichen K\u00f6rper (Isotonie).  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Puffer wird haupts\u00e4chlich zum Sp\u00fclen der Zellen verwendet, wenn es notwendig ist, alle Spuren des Mediums vor der Verarbeitung der Zellen zu entfernen. Er ist f\u00fcr die Verwendung mit Zellen bestimmt, die au\u00dferhalb des CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Inkubators gehalten werden, und ist nicht f\u00fcr Langzeitbebr\u00fctungen vorgesehen.
