L&rsquo;osmolarit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une solution 0,1 M \u00e0 pH 7,2 est de 226 mosmols ; en ajoutant 0,18 M de saccharose \u00e0 la solution, l&rsquo;osmolarit\u00e9 passe \u00e0 425 mosmols. Le pH peut \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 lors de la commande.
