Em geral, a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o destes sais \u00e9 a mesma que no corpo humano (isotonicidade).  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este tamp\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizado principalmente para enxaguar as c\u00e9lulas quando \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio remover todos os vest\u00edgios de meio antes de as processar. Destina-se a ser utilizado em c\u00e9lulas mantidas fora da incubadora de CO<sub>2<\/sub> e n\u00e3o foi concebido para incuba\u00e7\u00f5es de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o.
